职位描述(Job Descriptions)
One famous electronic manufacturer(Fortune 500) is urgent to look for a Sourcing Manager.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Proactively and reactively research and evaluate potential suppliers in China that can support the capability, quality and capacity requirements (lowest total cost) for Shenzhen site.
2.Facilitate alignment between Shenzhen site and China suppliers by identifying suppliers that best fit the requirements for Shenzhen operations.
3.Administer quotation packages from Shenzhen and help develop the working process / logistics between the supplier and the Shenzhen site.
4.Drive continuous improvement to enhance supplier quality and reduce the cost of quality.
5.Represent Shenzhen site in supplier assessment, problem resolution and general interface as related to China suppliers.
6.Manage and interface with China suppliers for Shenzhen site.
7.Implement consignment with minimal risk for local and worldwide locations.
8.Monitor Shenzhen activity by interfacing with purchasing managers, engineering and quality to ensure commonality of supply is used when appropriate.
9.Support Shenzhen site procurement and quality assurance activities.
10.Utilize one set of criteria and database for auditing, qualifying and managing suppliers.
11.Identify supplier capabilities and improvement opportunities by conducting on site assessments in coordination with Supplier Quality Engineers.
12.Resolve suppliers' technical questions on prints or specifications, product deviations, and quality system development. Role requires working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and the Purchasing department to understand product requirements and to communicate those requirements to suppliers.
13.Understand supplier-manufacturing processes and help suppliers improve quality and lead times.
14.Develop supplier assessment methods; follow through with implementation plans at supplier locations to resolve quality and delivery issues.
15.Interface with Shenzhen and Supplier Quality Engineers to facilitate and issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR's) and ensure timely, complete responses are received and corrective actions implemented for suppliers.
16.Develop and maintain up-to-date supplier performance history files related to China supplier capability and ratings by interfacing with supplier and Shenzhen.
