Daily Reset (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Daily Reset mobile application.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Daily Reset, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. ABOUT DAILY RESET

Daily Reset is a personal productivity and daily-life management application. Its features may include routines, reminders, notes, medicine reminders, hydration tracking, bill tracking, goals, focus tools, food expiry tracking, checklists, and other organisational utilities.

Daily Reset does not currently require users to create an online account or sign in.

  1. INFORMATION YOU ADD TO THE APP

You may voluntarily enter information into Daily Reset, including:

  • Notes and reminders
  • Routine names and tasks
  • Medicine names, dosage information, dates, times, and stock details
  • Hydration records and goals
  • Bill names, amounts, due dates, and payment status
  • Personal goals and progress information
  • Food names, expiry dates, and storage details
  • Checklist items
  • Other personal entries created through the App

This information is primarily stored locally on your device.

We do not operate a remote user-account database for this information, and we do not sell the personal content you enter into the App.

  1. LOCAL DEVICE STORAGE

Daily Reset uses local device storage to save your preferences, routines, reminders, notes, medicine schedules, tracking records, and other App content.

Your locally stored information may remain on your device until you:

  • Delete the relevant item inside the App
  • Clear the App’s data or storage
  • Use an available delete or reset function
  • Uninstall the App

Uninstalling Daily Reset or clearing its data may permanently remove locally stored information unless you have separately created and retained a backup.

  1. BACKUP AND RESTORE

Daily Reset may provide backup and restore features.

When you create a backup, the App may generate backup data containing information you entered into the App. You are responsible for keeping copied, exported, or shared backup data secure.

Daily Reset does not automatically upload your backup to a developer-controlled online account or server.

You should not share backup information with untrusted people, apps, websites, or services.

  1. ADVERTISING

Daily Reset is a free application supported by advertising.

The App uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect, process, or receive certain information, including:

  • IP address
  • Device identifiers
  • Advertising identifiers, where available
  • Device or account information
  • App interactions
  • Advertising interactions
  • Diagnostic and performance information
  • Approximate location inferred from an IP address
  • Information used for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention

Google’s processing of information is governed by Google’s own privacy policies, advertising policies, and terms.

We do not control the content of third-party advertisements or the privacy practices of advertisers and advertising providers.

  1. ADVERTISING CONSENT AND PRIVACY CHOICES

Where required by applicable law, users may be shown a consent or privacy-choice message relating to advertising.

Depending on your country, region, device, and available settings, you may be able to:

  • Consent to personalised advertising
  • Choose non-personalised or limited advertising
  • Review available advertising privacy choices
  • Withdraw or update consent

Changing advertising preferences does not necessarily remove all advertisements from the App.

  1. NOTIFICATIONS AND REMINDERS

Daily Reset may request permission to send notifications.

Notifications may be used for:

  • Routine reminders
  • Medicine reminders
  • Bill due reminders
  • User-created reminders
  • Hydration reminders
  • Other time-based features selected by the user

Notification permission is optional. You may disable notifications through your device settings.

The App may use alarm, scheduling, vibration, and device-restart functionality to help reminders operate reliably. However, notification delivery may be delayed, restricted, or prevented by device settings, battery optimisation, operating-system behaviour, or other technical conditions.

  1. PERMISSIONS USED BY THE APP

Depending on your device and operating-system version, Daily Reset may request or use the following permissions:

Notification Permission

Used to display reminders and scheduled alerts.

Alarm or Scheduling Permission

Used to schedule time-sensitive reminders.

Vibration Permission

Used to provide vibration with supported notifications.

Internet and Network Access

Used to load advertisements and access internet-based services required by advertising providers.

Device Restart Awareness

Used to restore eligible scheduled reminders after the device restarts.

Daily Reset does not currently request access to precise GPS location, contacts, phone calls, SMS messages, microphone, or camera unless a future feature clearly requires such access and the user is appropriately informed.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Daily Reset may use third-party services, including:

  • Google AdMob
  • Google Mobile Ads SDK
  • Google Play services
  • Google Play Store
  • Android operating-system services

These third parties may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, technical requirements, and legal obligations.

  1. DATA SHARING

We do not sell the personal content you enter into Daily Reset.

Information may be processed, disclosed, or shared in limited circumstances:

  1. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Locally stored App data generally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s storage, reset the App, or uninstall the App.

You may delete individual records using available delete functions inside Daily Reset.

You may also remove locally stored App data through your Android device settings:

Settings → Apps → Daily Reset → Storage → Clear data

Because Daily Reset does not require an online account, there may be no server account or remotely stored personal content for us to delete.

  1. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to design Daily Reset so that user-created content remains primarily on the user’s device.

However, no electronic storage method, mobile device, network, backup method, advertising service, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for:

  • Protecting access to your device
  • Using device-lock security
  • Keeping backups secure
  • Avoiding sharing sensitive information with untrusted persons or services
  • Reviewing information before copying, exporting, or sharing it
  1. SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Daily Reset may allow users to enter medicine, health-related, financial, scheduling, or personal planning information.

The App is intended as an organisational tool only.

You should not enter highly sensitive information that you do not want stored locally on your device.

Daily Reset is not a medical provider, financial institution, emergency service, legal adviser, or substitute for professional advice.

  1. MEDICINE AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Medicine reminders, hydration tracking, and other health-related features are provided only for general organisation and convenience.

Daily Reset does not:

  • Diagnose medical conditions
  • Prescribe medicines
  • Verify dosage accuracy
  • Confirm medicine safety
  • Replace a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional
  • Guarantee that every notification will be delivered at an exact time

Always follow instructions provided by a qualified healthcare professional.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately.

  1. FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER

Bill tracking, expense-related features, and similar tools are provided only for personal organisation.

Daily Reset does not provide banking, investment, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, or legal advice.

Users are responsible for independently checking all amounts, payment dates, balances, financial obligations, and decisions.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Daily Reset is not specifically designed for children under 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in the user’s country.

We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information directly to us.

Because most user-created App content is stored locally, many requests can be completed directly by editing or deleting information inside the App or clearing the App’s storage.
